It doesn't get any worse than The Hampton Apartments. It's run by CMC and they could give a rat's butt about rectifying any problems. I lived there for a year - 6 months of which my HVAC unit did NOT work. I had to threaten legal action for them to actually replace it. Staff is unresponsive and uncaring. Crime in the parking garage. Noisy parties from all of the college kids living there (it must be cheaper than the dorms). Elevators (just 2) break all of the time. Water is out on a regular basis. Do NOT live here.
