Review for Hampton Apartments

Dont even move into this place. Moving in and out is the first problem. It seems like it happens every day, and the 2 elevators (usually one is broken) for the 16 floors take at least 5 minutes to reach you during a move in and out.

My first night parked in the garage, my car got keyed! Welcome to the Hampton!

Also, I have to request a pest control every two weeks because of the invading roach population. No joke.

The building is also falling apart. Every month something new breaks. The countertops are dissentegrating, the dish washer is broken, the lightbulbs were all out when we moved in, and despite about 5 requests to fix them, they are still out. The front desk staff is all quite pleasant, except one employee with a bit of an attitude.

The price is cheap, but the building is aging...fast... Changes need to be made. Do not move into The Hampton, 1425 S. Eads Street.

The only bright side to this building is the efficient and cheap dry cleaners located on the first floor!
