Review for Library Courts Apartments

I've lived here for 2.5 years. For 2 of those, I had a car. For the area (5 min. walk to VA Square metro), this place is perfect. The rent is extremely good for the area. Yes, you have to pay for parking (mine is $65/month), but it's in a secured underground garage, climate controlled, with always plenty of spots avaliable. If you park outside or invite guests in who do not have a building sticker, yes, you will be towed--but a little bit of common sense will bypass any chance of that--don't park where it says not to! The units are nice. I never have had a problem with noise. Management is more or less responsive, but that's the one area that could use improvement. However, if you stay on top of complaints (and are polite!!!), they will be addressed.
