This is a very nice building, but my apartment has been an absolute NIGHTMARE maintenance wise. Within three weeks, I've had to call ten times about not having hot water, not having heat, the washing machine breaking, the sink breaking and flooding the kitchen, and the garbadge disposal breaking. They didn't even fix the problems the first time I would call, and I would have to call again. The management did give me a break on rent but I would have rather had heat for the three days we went without (there was also no hot water). The maintenance staff is rude, and some of the front desk people are rude. I'm only a month into my lease but wish I could move because I don't like it at all, and don't recommend living here. It's in a good location, but that is about the only thing it has going for it.
