lived there for a year and absolutely loved it. their bathrooms are the largest i've ever seen in any apartments. maintenance is responsive and courteous. i've compared their prices with neighboring buildings and found them to be a better deal considering the age of the building and appearance. there are only two bad things about this apartment building: front desk and noise level. the front desk personnel can be rude and at times over the line. about noise level - i've never experienced a moment of complete solitude at home during daytime, mon-fri. at all other times it's not so bad. oh, and don't forget to check with the management and get in writing agreement regarding rent increases after your lease is due!
