Review for Park Adams Apartments

This is, I guess, moderately priced, but that's about the only good thing. Now, in May of 2005, they are about four months into a renovation project that appears to be undertaken by one construction worker. They've been working on painting the doors for six weeks. It's Memorial Day, and the pool is shut for repairs, management tap dances when asked for a date that it will be open, or that the renovation will be finished. There was a decent workout room, but, at this rate, it's going to be 2010 before it's reopened. Management constantly rotates, now thay have a veteran who they think can get by with her personality -- you complain about something, she agrees with you, and says she's in the same boat, not realizing that tenants are smart enough to know the difference between paying to live in a place and being an employee. This building if owned by WRIT, and they appear to have no interest in anything except for collecting rent.
