Review for Park Adams Apartments

This apartment used to be a great place to live. A recent change in management has changed things for the worse. Now (June 2005) this facility leaves much to be desired. The management is rude and shows little concern for residents' problems. The building has been torn up as part of a "remodeling" plan, but little remodeling takes place. Entrance ways and common rooms have been torn up for months with few changes. The air conditioning is on, but barely begins to cool our apartment. This facility could be a great place to live again, but only if they replace the current management with employees more like the previous ones. Even though the management has changed fairly frequently (~4 times) over the past 6 years, I don't plan on waiting for the next change to take place.
