Review for Park Adams Apartments

I've lived here for about 4 or 5 years and the place has changed for the worse. As a previous reviewer wrote, the management staff is friendly but forget about getting timely service. The management company seems more interested in cosmetic fixes as opposed to addressing real problems like the plumbing (hot water in the winter is scarce) and the lack of visitor parking. We've also been told that starting in 2007, tenants will be charged a percentage fee for utilities. This place isn't the bargain it used to be.
