Review for Park Adams Apartments

Current manager is certifiably insane, she's an old-timer that they've brought in to oversee endless "improvements," cease guest parking, implement utilities charge (first bill was $85), marshall monthly (sometimes more) water cut-offs. Her reaction to every complaint is, "I know, it's rough on me, too." There was an assistant manager who was very good, who, unfortunately, is gone now. She was the only one who was tough enough to deal with Insane Lady, now they'll go back to a revolving door of people that realize they made a big mistake by agreeing to work for her. WRIT owns this building, and cares about one thing, cashing checks. Stay away, stay far far away.
