You may expect to pay approximately $120-$200 more in utilities in additional to the rent.


The management uses an allocation formula and an out-of-state utility billing company to charge approximately double what you might expect to pay if you were contracting directly with the local utility company.


While the apartments are cheaper than others, expect to pay big for utilities and, ultimately, a lawyer.
