The water and trash issues seem to be a theme with Charles E. Smith properties. I cannot believe the conditions they expect people to live in. Yeah the buildings are old, but do something with the money they are getting from overpriced rent. How difficult is it to empty the trash? It's not rocket science, it's plumbing!! The maintenance staff wanders the halls with screwdrivers, but I've not ever seen them fix anything. Management doesn't know the meaning of property manager. All of the staff must have been owed favors to get those jobs, because they definitely don't know what they are doing.
