Review for The Wellington Apartments

GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO When I moved in, I was told a new gym with state-of-the-art gym equipment would be installed within the month. A year later, there is still no new gym, and my spouse and I pay $60 for a nearby Bally's membership. The OLD gym mostly consists of broken unusable and/or dangerour equipment! In the summers, we went several 4-6 day periods without zero A/C with no apparent concern from management. In the winters, we often go several days with ice cold showers. Maintenance is merely a joke here.

After having a major allergy attack (I never had allergies before), my doctor told me there may be something in my living environment that caused my condition. I found thick (3-4 inches), black mold that seemed to have been a very long term resident in all of my air conditioning units. The current manager claimed this was dust. Once exposed, there was no mistaking the pungent mold smell in the unit.

The supposed renovations are terrible, and little has been done to repair the functioning of the buildings. I have seen many tenants come and go in only one year, because of the problems! I'll be leaving shortly!!!
