This place is the pits! If you want hot water....go to your friend's house or local gym!!! Ever since the winter they have been supposedly "working" on the boiler system here. I guess it will be up and running once the summer gets here when no one wants to take showers! If you do sign a lease please read it carefully. Even if your lease states you vacate at a certain date, if you dont give them a 60 DAY NOTICE....you'll be charged for the extra days as well as be charged a higher rate if you stay longer because you're rate will be based on the month-month rate and not on your term rate.
