Management is simply inexcusable. I've lived here for over 5 years so I can compare our many, many managers over the years. Only in the past 6-8 months have there been unacceptable, continuous problems with everything from hot water to roaches to lack of a/c in the summer. Most of the people in the management office are rude and unprofessional. It takes repeated calls to the office to have anything fixed--and there's quite a bit that needs to be fixed. This is described as a gated community, yet the gates are broken at least half of the time and doors are constantly left open by the workers here.
The rent continues to increase substantially each year and last year they made utilities a separate charge. The price for a/c alone in the summer will blow your mind!
And once you begin calling the office on a regular basis for basic repairs you will be treated differently. Expect no response to written letters or phone messages. Don't waste your time with the Wellington.
