This apartment complex kicks the s**t out of every other apartment complex in Arlington. You simply will not find a better value. Plus, it's a 15 minute walk to the E. Falls Church Metro and 1 minute walk to 3 great restaurants and shopping. Anyone who has even the slightest gripe against Westover Apartments is either: a) dumb; b) really dumb; or c) so dumb that "dumb" is a charitable way of describing them.
I recently rented there for 2 years, and I'll fight anyone who disrespects Westover.
