Apartment Review for Aurora Hills Apts

I currently live here. Yes, the apartments are older and unrenovated. But if you're looking for luxury, scoot on down to Pentagon City and pay the price for it. More than likely you'll pay double or triple than you will at Aurora Hills.

There are a lot of families here of various ethnicities. And a grassy public park right next door. I've never felt unsafe; the people here are polite but they don't bother you. There is a parking lot for residents (unreserved spaces) and street parking if the lot fills up. I've never once not found a parking space, which is amazing for this area. You are approximately 9 blocks from the Crystal City metro and 4 blocks from the famed Kabob Palace. Maintenance is not the best, but they get the job done. A previous reviewer mentioned a roach problem. There are some roaches (unfortunately that is to be expected in older buildings such as these) but I certainly wouldn't go so far as to call it an infestation.
