Review for Avalon Bay At Arlington Apartments

In the year I lived at Avalon I had a Dish Network Satelite Dish stuck outside my window from a neighbor (approved by mgt) I had a 3 piece band next door from 12am til 6am nightly (mgt did nothing to the numerous complaints and calls to police) They entered as "maintenance" 2x a month without notice to "check" things out!!!! They counted payments late no matter when they received them! My car was broken into several times in the OVER CROWDED parking lot that did not have enough spaces for passes issued! (for an extra 50$ a month for 2nd cars that had to be parked on the street!) and lastly upon moving out being charged 1600$ for carpet replacement of 3+ year old carpet that I used 12 mos! That was cleaner and in alot better shape then youd expect from the exterior of the buildings! Now to have that charge turned over to collections before even notifying of charges! Now bad credit and after spending $18,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment for 1 year!!! Of course rent only went up another 300$ if i was stupid enough to stay!! DONT EVEN hit the brakes when you see this place KEEP LOOKING!!! Living in MANASSAS IS A BETTER DECISION THAN THIS HELL HOLE!!!
