Review for Avalon Bay At Arlington Apartments

We moved in and they seemed so nice to us. Now 9 months later I get a note on my door that "We are putting a note in your file due to excessive noise". I don't make noise for one, they never said anything to me beofr this, and I'm pissed. The parking is horrible, the staff are pissy and standoffish, and the "security gate" is broken on both entrances all the time. Considering the price...avoid this place.

We had a downstairs neighbor complain, I guess, to the staff that we make too much noise. It's just my wife and I. We don't play loud musi, we have never ahd a party, we don't have company, and no one else seems to hear us. Yet after one complaint, and never telling us, they cited us and are angry we make noise between the hours of 11pm-8 am (we go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 5:30).
