Review for Avalon Bay At Arlington Apartments

For the amount of rent they charge here, even for a 1BR i think you could own your own home or rent a penthouse in DC. The office is of no help. I needed to extend my lease for 2 months because I bought a home and they deicded a 600 dollar increase was fine for a month to month lease. After days of arguing they settled for 450, so unheard of and i didnt move because it was pointless for 2 months. Anyways the management is nice when you move in, luring you in with deals, etc but once you are there you are screwed. Traffic going in and out in ridiculous because of one entrance and you have to make a U turn off 395 if you are coming from the south, sound lame but try it for a yr and you wont like it a bit. Would not reccomend this place. Take your money and go live in rosslyn for the price.
