Theft and vandalism are a regular occurrence in the "secure" parking garages in this complex, despite the nearly $100 a month fee charged for a space.

Bugs throughout the complex and poor construction make for lousy living conditions. Paper thin walls make it noisy and unpleasant.

Frequent rent increases and management does not honor written renewal offers.

Looks good at first glance, but universally a bad experience. Run, don't walk, to another property. You can do better than this for the money charged. Keep driving and choose one of the many nicer complexes in the area.
