Apartment Review for Ballston Place Apartments

The new Community Manager Geralyn King and the Assistant Community Manager Adanise Perez leave a lot to be desired. Ballston Place is meant to be a luxury apartment and that usually means excellent customer service. Not only will you not find any sort of customer service, the management will try and make your living experience a living ****. I found them to be extremely unhelpful and have caught both of them with fibbing about availability of apartments within the building and just a general unhelpful attitude.
The receptionist Sandy is a temperamental old lady who also has an attitude problem. The maintenance staff has an extremely slow response rate. I had to repeatedly ask for some work to be done in my apartment 5 times over a couple of weeks before someone got to it.
If you want to live in Ballston Place, your stay may be pleasant as long as you don't have to deal with the management and maintenance.
