Lived in this building for three years and it's a ver convenient building. The rent is very high for the quality of the place. The staff are extremely friendly, but the management is not-responsive and not customer oriented; they rarely return phone calls/emails on timely basis. The utility fees are unpredictable. Three years ago the monthly utility bill was $30 - in the last year it has exceeded $100. <P>

The plumbing problem at this apartment complex is atrocious. Multiple times I have come home to find a 2 inch flood in the bathroom. When I brought up the issue with the management, they smiled and said that they are aware of the problem and that many other apartment tenants have the same complaint. As they explained, the pipes are old and when there is large volume water use...there is a spurt of water that overflows pipes and results in this problem. Unfortunately, they said that there is nothing to be done. However, they did offer me a mop to clean up the mess. <P>
