Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

We lived at Crystal Towers since 1999, through the mess of complete reconstruction of the lobby, swimming pool (now 1/3 of the original size), new construction of the Lofts, no parking, and our rent keeps going up, while new-commers get a bargain. Last year we got a 53% rent increase, negotiated it down to 25%, now Archstone-Smith is increasing the rent by 28% and asking us to pay utilities in addition!!! I heard about a law suit by 30 tenants. Any hints how I could find out more?
