Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

I have been in my apartment since July and look forward to my lease ending or paying double to get out of it. I have been towed once for parking in the outside lot ($100) while paying $90 a month to park inside while the garage door was broken and there was no reimbursement. It's loud, has poor customer service and is run by complete morons. The leasing department was great, what they don't tell you is that once you lease - you no longer work with the competent customer service associates. Do not lease here and stay away from Charles E Smith rentals!
