Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

I have lived here for two years and never paid any monthly rent late. Two months ago, I received a notice thrown through my door saying "5 days notice: to pay or to move out"! What?! I paid the rent in full in time, how comes the notice? I was so infuriated and felt like being assulted. I went to the front desk asking for a talk with the manager who signed his name on the notice. You know what? The manager always "has just left". Finally, I got to know how the management team deals with the rent: They never check the memo! If they fortunately do, then the tenant is lucky.
