1. If residents would close doors instead of propping them open, security would be better. 2. Parking in the city - you simply get what you pay for - pay and you get a space, don't pay - the at least play by the rules and you won't get towed. 3. It was built in 1960, what do you think? Thousands of residents. If considering the date, population and the moronic college students who refuse to care for anything, it's holding up pretty good. 4. Leasing agent explained the break between them and management. No surprise there. They're pretty nice for all the abuse folks give them. But then you'd have to begin with common courtesies to expect to be treated like a queen in return. They're very polite and try hard to please the buttholes they deal with daily. 5. Mx has always responded in minutes and repaired everything correctly: electrical outlets, washer, door knob. 6. See #3 above. 7. Again the college age idiots are to blame for noise. Parties at night echoing in the parking lot, catfights between stupid girls. But a simple call to the cops seems to settle their little butts down in short order. 8. You get what you pay for and I like the convenience to Metro, stores, entertainment, the gym, pool, internet cafe, large balcony and private parking. 9. Recommend it to rational, compliant, courteous people. The rest can stay away. Please.
