Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

This used be an excellent apartment, but after the Archstone merger this place quickly deteriorated. From the management staff to concierge services to maintenance the deterioration was across the board. Broken security doors went weeks unrepaired. The concierge desk became a revolving door, which was staffed with temps who did not know what they were doing. Security became non-existent. The general moral of the staff was low, which resulted in poor customer service and rude treatment. New leases now include many additional costs that were included in the rent, but the rent increases continued to the the watch word.
