Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

A few things - parking is very difficult and Advanced towing WILL tow you at the drop of a dime. The office staff is, by and large, incompetent. However, there are a few individuals that are friendly and are a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself is nice, and the maintenance crew does repair things within 24 hours if possible. If you can, pay rent online - its much easier and allows documentation of you paying on time. The pool is nice, the gym is decent and the location is okay. If you want somewhere that is decent and relatively inexpensive (compared to other Arlington locations) then this is a good place. If you want ample parking, brand new apartments and a staff that learned the ropes from the Ritz Carlton - then look somewhere else.
