Apartment Review for Riverhouse

I received my rent increase this month. I about fainted. Normally, the monthly increases for the several years that I have lived here have ranged between 5 to 7 percent. This time it was 15 percent increase. I will not stay in this place. Not with the lack of security in the packing lot, the mice and roaches that I am paying for to keep out of my apt. because management does not go a good job of controlling the pests. The constant noise of tenants moving in and out and construction of upgrading of the apartments is non stop. I hate this place.
