Apartment Review for The Reserve At Clarendon Centre

I live in the reserve and they are awful about fixing things. Management is completely incompetent and unable to do anything. I cannot tell if it is laziness or just company policy by equity residential to ignore their tenants who pay thousands of a dollars a month to live in a "luxury" apartment complex. You can get the same service or better elsewhere in Clarendon - and I plan to next year. Also, the noise from the adjacent fire department dispatch is ridiculous. Fire trucks drive through the Highland/Washington intersection 4 times a night at the least and you can still hear the ringing in your head the next morning.

Do not live here, you will save yourself thousands of dollars and the headache of having to constantly deal with awful management.

Also - we don't even have FIOS... comcast is your only option (another bone I need to pick..).
