Lessee's are close to several restaurants like Moby Dick's House of Kabob, Taste of Morocco, and the Silver Diner nearby. Reviewers say the building is conveniently located and has a great nightlife. However, some disapprove of tenants smoking and are disappointed in overall cleanliness of the premises.
