It is an okay starting place. I have had no problem with my child playing anywhere and never seen anyone touch the bikes that are on the patios. You will hear your neighbors if they are noisy or moving things around, but that doesn't happen too often. Maintenance is quick to respond, but I would like it so they didn't come in if you aren't home unless you say it is ok for them to do so.

I would say it would be a great place to stay i have been here for 8 years there has been one problem here with a gang shooting but the police and the management has taken care of the residents that were apart any gang... it has been a peaceful since then and before then.. we do have children here that play and have fun... but there is a problem when the kids don't obey the community rules here and then thats when there told not to play around curtain areas on the community for their own safty but some parents dont know how to manage their children. but I would recommend new people to come here... there is very kind leasing agents and management here now
