This apartment complex is a pretty good one to live in. They send out monthly newsletters to the residents that not only keeps them up-to-date with what is going on and things they need to know about the complex but also gives a list of different activities going on in Hanover that the residents may not know about. Some of them include lectures and movies. For those who have children in the Hanover County Public Schools they will make your life a bit easier because you will know from the calendar included with the newsletter important dates like early releases and when report cards and progress reports are to be coming home.
In February, while I was out-of-town aparently their was a leak from one of my neighbors apartments. When they were given word they came over that day and checked for moisture and damage. They continued to do this for about two weeks. When both my toliets were clogged they had them unclogged by the end of the day.
When the painters came to repaint the trim around the doors, they got some trim paint on my door. When someone was going to paint the door by my apartment, they came over and retouched my door so it would be the same color.
They have added railings in the apartment complex which I have noticed has helped me when it was snowing and it was slippery from falling.
They recently cut our bushes down to the roots. They sent out notice about it and what the end result would be. They even told us that they would be grown back in the summer and would look very nice because of new growth.
It is also nice that once a month they offer pizza for $5. You don't have to go and order and have it delievered to your apartment. You just walk over to the office, pay for it there, and take it back. The pizza is the good pizza.
