Apartment Reviews for The Reserve At Regency Park - Centreville

I have been through it all as a resident. They were bought out by a new company and I have so far had great experiences with both. Equality i think was the previous owner and now its Bainbridge. They have given the community a complete face lift. I went in the pay my rent the other day and the whole clubhouse area is being redone... old apartments are being updated with the new and when my lease is up I actually am transferring to a new updated unit. I'm very excited. They is nice apartments. Maintenance has been wonderful too. I put in a call to the office and someone is out there most times the same day or the following day and they are nice guys that talk and tell you what they did .. no quick fixes. they get the job done. The community stays very clean and its a pretty quiet small area. I love it. I have no desire on leaving. In the office Chrissy is always helpful and theres a new guy in there named Curtis and he is just great. Both have great manners and are very efficient with getting things taken care of and done and they are PERSONABLE...Always the same people in the office so its a good relationship bond if thats important to you. No fuss, No problems. Had to acknowledge this community after living here 4 years... thumbs up!
