Dont Ask Manangement For Help

Dont get me wrong, the place look great, are spacious, and very well maintained. However, according to the ad in a local apartment guide, these units are sound insulated. What a bunch of bull! You can hear pretty much every sound, especially if you are on the 1st floor. Good luck having the property manager do anything about the noise, she always gives the runaround and nothing is ever done. I can hear my upstairs neighboor as I write this review. If the property manager doesnt take action, what are you supposed to do? I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
