I lived at Acorn Grove Apartments for 2 years. I never had a problem there and management was wonderful. The property is well kept and unlike a comment I saw, it is not covered in dog feces. There were a couple of occasions that I had to contact management over the weekend. My call was returned promptly both times and management was very understanding. I have a dog and a cat (and did when I lived there) and had no problem getting my deposit back. Acorn does have rules to follow but the rules are what makes it a safe, quiet and pleasant place to live. I still have friends that live there that I visit and as far as I know they are happy living there as well. I will and have recommended this complex to memebers of my own family.
