Review for Acorn Grove Apartments

My husband and I have lived in Acorn Grove for almost 2 years--as we are about to sign a for our third year. I love this place. I have some really friendly neighbors and then some who don't say too much. The office manager has been there for a while and she is so sweet. The maintenance man is always there during the week. I have never waited more than a day to have something fixed. Two months ago the carpet started to stretch and came apart from the metal thing. My daughter just started to crawl and I was worried she would hurt herself. They had a carpet man come the next morning to fix it. Both of them are always so kind. I recommend this apartment to all my friends. I feel safe going outside at night. It is a quiet well lit parking lot. I usually park right in front of the stairs to the apartment or a few over...very close. The outside area always looks nice. I wish the dumpsters we a little more covered up, but that's ok. They have a little playground and picnic area with shady trees and a clubhouse you can rent for a minimal fee. There is a really nice neighborhood down St. Lukes that is great for walking or riding your bike. The apartments are very nice and clean. The carpets are so-so, but what apartment has great carpet. The set up is nice and the master walk in closet is very spacious. I am very happy and content living here.
