Review for Belmont At Greenbrier Apartments

I have lived at Belmont for a year now since our building opened and we could move in. There isn't really a lot to say bad about the apartments except a couple of things. The rent is absolutely outrageous....the floor plans aren't even that big!! One of the problems that bugged me the most were that the security gates NEVER work and we never even got a discount off our rent which I know was a problem for a lot of people. Another thing that kind of sucked was the apartments are BRAND NEW so it's good and bad in itself. ANYTHING that goes wrong will go wrong. You have to get all of the kinks out. Last and not least, we lived by the woods a bit and the BUGS were insane. THey never do any bug treatments either so you have to do it yourself....THE GOOD PART....the girls in the office are pretty nice for the most part and the pool is absolutely gorgeous! The tennis court rocks too...big and new! I hope this helped you!
