Review for Deep Creek Crossing Apartments

This location has been unlivable... I lived here back in 05 - 06 and chose to move back in, back on 07 - till present because of my husband. Ladies, please follow your instincts... The location is good, because is right next to Treakle Elementary... But that's about it. The office staff has been changed so many times, I won't be surprised if next week comes around and we'll have a new person or not. But that's beside the point. If anything "Present Manager" is good, nice and understanding. She is about the only good thing on the premises. Maintenance are all LAZY!!! They do not like to work and they are NOT qualified to have such a position. When you call for anything and they are "forced" to work they do not complete their job. It's presented to you half way.

Example:
The kitchen and bathroom faucet are always leaking, when you call for assistance is OK for 2 or 3 days and back to the same issue. Water bill, SUPER high. Holes on walls... This is what I am thinking! Previous tenants had a lot of pictures up on the wall and when "remodeling" instead of taking the nails out it was hammered in and replastered. Now, plaster is falling and a big hole on wall is left...??? Mold in bathroom, because of yet another leak next to bath tub. Safety, not so good!, stairs are terrible. Apartments inside and out need major REMODELING. The floors make funny noises, every other step. It's just not a place for children @ all or anyone for that matter.

Please research before making decision!!!
