Dominion Pines, is a ghetto low-budget apt complex. The children run all over the place all times of night. The management and office staff are uneducated rude people. They cannot seem to find a good property manager that knows how to do the job the correct way. The maintenance crew is wonderful but the management and office staff is horrible!!!!!
