Review for Dominion Pines Apartments

If you are looking for someplace cheap, and willing to overlook quality, you'll probably be alright here. Otherwise, don't bother. the apartments are a good size, washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, good sized closets and laundry room. Spacious bathroom. But the carpet was horribly stained. Parking is a nightmare. There are limited visitor spaces, and two of my friends who were staying overnight were randomly towed because they couldn't find a spot. Water and trash service charges are included in rent, which is what makes it affordable. But the neighborhood kids are over constantly, running around and making noise. My fiance caught some using his truck to set their drinks on. When we get home in the middle of the night there are always kids still out, and it will be a weeknight. The woman in the apartment next door blasts her rap music from her car for hours at a time, and people like to honk in the morning instead of knocking on doors.
The management is decent enough. But management isn't around at all hours, and this apartment complex is driving me out of my mind.
