Rude Ass Manager, Shoddy Matinence Man

I am currently living here and as soon as my lease is up i will be moving. For one Kimberly Thompson is the worst and i do mean worst manager, she is such a ----. She charges you for any and everything and when you are late she is so quick to put a notice on your door. She is never at the office. The matienence man Chuck just unlocks your door without announcing himself, i know that on aleast 2 occasions my husband and i have been at home sleep and the matinence man just came in, when he realized my husband was there they lied and said he announced himself. The apartment was supposed to be ready but the way it looked when i moved in was horrible,

The fridge leaked, the stove wasn't plugged in, a vanity mirror was broken,and fleas were constantly biting me and my daughter. Also be weary of there so called specials. I moved in under the pretense of rent at 975.00, well the day after i signed and moved in the rate went to )$ down 955.00 a month. When i tried to asked her why wasn't i given the same deal, her respons was we just started it. So to all people out there never rent there, i don't care if you are desperate and have no where else do not rent from them.
