Rented: From 2006 To 2006

I am not sure what others are talking about, but I have had a wonderful experience at Greenbriar woods. My only problem was they are expensive and the washer and dryer are to small, but at least you get one. The neighborhood feels safe, I never had any problems. Maintence people are out cleaning trash every morning, it is very well kept up. When I moved in I was impressed by our complaint of the carpet smelling like a pet, they offered to have carpets cleaned again and if that did not work they would replace our carpet most places would not do anything, I actually hate to leave but it is just not affordable for me. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.
