Review for Greeniber Woods Apartments

Where do I begin? This place is the worst place I have ever rented from. And trust me I have lived plenty of places because I'm in the Army. When I was transferred here I met up with a buddy of mine and we decided to hunt for a apartment. We came across these apartments and were impressed with how nice the ladies in the office were. right there we were sold. We saw the apartment and the rooms weren't that big, but we figured that the staff seemed friendly enough that they would take care of us and so we decided to rent from them. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS. After we moved in if we call down to the office to try to get things fixed we get the worst maintenance guy you can ever imagine. not only does he NOT fix the problem but he make excesses up of why he won't be able to fix them and after he leaves our apartment stinks because he does. needles to say we have a few broken places in our apartment now and they haven't gotten fixed and probably won't no matter how many times we will call it in. He just keeps coming here with the same lame excesses. When my girlfriend came over to stay with me a couple of weeks ago, she pointed out to me that the light by our door is out and its really dark and she feels unsafe walking up with no light. I was sure to call it in to the office and it stills hasn't been fixed. so to make my girlfriend feel safe until it is i meet her outside by her car and walk her in. I don't mind doing that because I absolutely love her but why can't they fix the damn light? We pay enough in rent here that it should be fixed the same day that its called in. the past few months in the office when we've gone in to pay rent orask about our water bill or our broken apartment problems that don't get fixed the women in there have gotten extremely rude. Some old, pregnant lady cuts me and my buddy off when we were trying to tell her about the maintenance man and she walked away to some room in the back, grabbed a cigarett and walked us outside to continue to cut us off while we were trying to talk. The same lady was the one we had to talk to about our outragously wrong water bill from 3 months ago. We're still waiting on a response on that. She said she would call us and still hasn't. There is also another older lady with glasses in there and my boot has more personality than her. This place was not the same place that we visited and moved into. We were greeted by such nice people when we first visited this place an now we have rude old women who are smoking while they are pregnant that always cut us off or pay no mind to us when we're trying to. I don't find this to be good customer service at all for what we're paying and I would not recommend this place for any of my friends to live. The more my buddy and I talk about it the more we wish we had kept looking instead of living here. The other apartment we saw were more expensive but we have realized you really do get what you pay for. We're going to go to nicer apartments once we get the chance so we can be sure we get the better service that we deserve.
