Review for Greeniber Woods Apartments

WOW! I thought I was the only who was unhappy here and then I found this website. This place is terrible! With a capital "T"! The manager here is one of the worst I have EVER had to encounter, and being in the military, I have lived lots of places. Not only is she unprofessional and rude, but if you ask her a question about your water bill or to get something fixed she NEVER takes care of it! How frustrating is that? EXTREMELY! Plus she seems like an ashtray. That is just gross and not a very professional way to represent a company! I give her permission to let the maintenance people in and everything and it NEVER gets fixed. I even asked a worker one day when he was going to fixed the closest door for me because it keeps coming off the track and is very difficult to get back on, and he said he had never heard anything about it. He was nice enough to come in and take care of it right then, but she never told them about it, and I had reported it the week before. Not to mention the day that I came to look at the place I asked how maintenance handled fixing things and I was told they try to fix it within the same day or the next... Over a week is not what I was told. I think someone needs to be trained on honesty and how to be a REAL manager! It's really sad when you give almost $1,000 to a company who just wants to take and NEVER look out for who their clients. I wouldn't mind if they raised my rent to get some real good, honest, responsible, respectful help here. But to pay what I'm paying and not get things fixed or questions answered, especially by the manager, is a HUGE waste of my money. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Not even if you desperate! The headaches you get when you need help will end up putting you so much stress on yourself, and they don t even seem to be concerned about you at all. Unless that is you re trying to rent an apartment. That was the only time I got any star treatment. They must get a commission or something, but their attitudes change after you sign the lease. Good luck apartment hunting, but please don't pick this place!
