We moved to Holly Point due to my husbands ship going into the yards. That is one of the few nice things about this property. Everything the other review said is true. The staff here is usually rude to you. I think the maintenance staff is nicer than those at the office. Speaking of which, if you call maintenance to come and fix something in your apartment, they don't leave a note saying if they were there are not. Many times I had to keep calling back because stuff wasn't fixed, but I had no idea if anyone had been here or not to even attempt to kill the termites or worms I had in my place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
