Review for Holly Point Apartments

I agree with the other two reviews to an extent. Yes, the security guards are extremely leniant and will just wave you past whether you have a sticker or not. That doesn't make it seem very safe, actually, I don't see the point of them being there. Its not like they patrol the grounds (or atleast the portion I live in towards the back). Half the time, they are sitting there talking on their cell phones or watching tv and will nod and let you go. The people in the office have always been nice to me, I don't know what those other folks are talkin about, I guess they just want something negative to say. The maintenance people take forever to come and fix your issues sometimes, and that can be a hassle. I guess they feel what they deem as "minor" can be put off a little longer. I have a minor bug problem too, and I never know if they came to the apt. to spray or not, because I always see the lil bugs crawling on the wall. Otherwise, its a pretty cool environment. Its quiet, the landscape is wonderful, and the neighbors are pretty cool but all that is just not worth the rent and what I'm paying for.
