Overpriced But Safe

I have lived @ this complex for 3 years. It is very overpriced- I currently pay $855/mo for a 1 bedroom. However, I must say it is quiet. You can walk outside and feel comfrotable & secure. Because this is a very large comminity there is a mix of seniors, young families, single parents w/some teens, military & singles. The community is diverse. There was a problem w/the promptness & workmanship of the maintenance staff about a year ago but they have since done an overhaul & the prior staff appears to have been replaced.

There is a supermarket right across the street & the community is adjacent to family homes communities. It is 5 minutes foorm Indian River High School. Greenbriar Mall is about 6-7 minutes away & ithe community is about 5-7 minutes from the interstate or less. There are some fast food restaurants nearby.

I have enjoyed living @ Holly Point. They have a dog park & people are Friendly but people seem to mind their own business. There are retirees & professionals & military that make up the community.

The price keeps out the riff-raff.
