Pretty But Pricey - And Poor Upper Management

I moved to Holly Point almost 2 yrs ago. The property itself is pretty, it has a very "homey" look and feel. The office staff are usually very nice and maintenance is slow but they get the work done.

On the down side, the complex is older, there are bug problems, mildew/mold issues, and it is on the border of a bad neighborhood. The security guards seem to let anyone pass through (one resident came home to a strange man in her apartment). Thankfully they have alarm systems installed so now I always set mine. I also had a bad experience with Upper Mngmt so I was given the names of the Drucker and Falk owners, I wrote a letter but it was never acknowledged. Coming from a Property Management background I find the management style here unacceptable. I will not be renewing my lease this year, I am very unimpressed with what I have gotten for my money and from the way I have been treated they apparently don't need it.
