Review for Holly Point Apartments

You're only paying for the outrageous landscaping..I lived there for a few years...had termites, and huge roaches..the american cockroach...i killed one, brought it in, and was told it was a water bug..GO LOOK UP THE DIFFERENCE!!! It was huge and my daughter could not sleep for 2 nights!! They couldn't wait to raise the rent every year...I had never had a late payment but switched banks one month and used the wrong check and they would not waive the fee...Like they don't get enough money..bad business to treat long time residents that way! The pool bathrooms are nasty...I know of people who had snuck into the pool at night..used it at their own discretion as well as the hot tub before they put cameras in! Oh yeah and NO PLAYGROUNDS!! God forbid you want to put something out back for your kids to play on while renting your $1200 / month apartment..NO HOUSE..THATS A MORTGAGE PAYMENT..don't rent from these people!!!
